NESPRO 100<\/h2><\/div>

Composition:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Each enteric coated tablet contains:\u00a0 Aspirin 100mg.<\/p>\n

Indications: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Vascular Indications:<\/strong> Aspirin is indicated to:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    • Reduce the combined risk of death and nonfatal stroke in patients who have had ischemic stroke or transient ischemia of the brain due to fibrin platelet emboli<\/li>\n
    • Reduce the risk of vascular mortality in patients with a suspected acute MI<\/li>\n
    • Reduce the combined risk of death and nonfatal Ml in patients with a previous MI or unstable angina pectoris. .<\/li>\n
    • Reduce the combined risk of MI and sudden death in patients with chronic stable angina pectoris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      1. Revascularization Procedures:<\/strong> Aspirin is indicated in patients who have undergone revascularization procedure (Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) or carotid endarterectomy) when there is a preexisting condition for which aspirin is already indicated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Rheumatologic disease indication: aspirin is indicated for the relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathies, and arthritis and pleurisy associated with Systemic lupus erythematous.<\/p>\n

        Dosage: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

        Ischemic Stroke and TIA: <\/strong>50-325 mg once a day, continue therapy indefinitely.<\/p>\n

        Suspected Acute Myocardial infarction (MI): <\/strong>The initial dose of 160-162.5 mg is administered as soon as an Ml is suspected. The maintenance dose of 160-162.5 mg a day is continued for 30 days post-infarction, after 30days consider further therapy based on dosage for prevention of recurrent MI.<\/p>\n

        Prevention of recurrent MI: <\/strong>75-325 mg once a day, continue therapy indefinitely.<\/p>\n

        Unstable angina pectoris:<\/strong> 75-325 mg once a day, continue therapy indefinitely.<\/p>\n

        Chronic Stable Angina Pectoris:<\/strong> 75-325 mg once a day, continue therapy indefinitely.<\/p>\n

        Coronary artery bypass grafting (CAEG):<\/strong> 325 mg daily starting 6 hours post-procedure. Continue therapy for one year post-procedure.<\/p>\n

        Percutaneous trans-luminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA): <\/strong>The initial dose of 325 mg should be given 2 hours pre-surgery. Maintenance dose is 160-325 mg daily, continue therapy indefinitely.<\/p>\n

        Carotid Endarterectomy: <\/strong>Doses of 80 mg once daily to 650 mg twice daily, started pre-surgery, are recommended, continue therapy indefinitely.<\/p>\n

        Rheumatoid arthritis:<\/strong> The initial dose is 3 g a day in divided doses. Increase as needed for anti-inflammatory efficacy with target plasma salicylates level of 150-300 mcg\/ml. at high doses (plasma levels of greater than 200 mcg\/ml), the incidence of toxicity increase.<\/p>\n

        Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: <\/strong>Initial dose is 90-130 mg\/kg\/day in divided doses, Increase as needed for anti-inflammatory efficacy with target plasma salicylates levels of 150-300 mcg\/ml.<\/p>\n

        Spondyloarthropathies:<\/strong> Up to (4g) day in divided doses<\/p>\n

        Osteoarthritis:<\/strong> Up to (3g) per day in divided doses<\/p>\n

        Arthritis and pleurisy of SLE:<\/strong> The initial dose is (3g) a day in divided doses. Increase as needed for anti-inflammatory efficacy with target plasma salicylate level of 150-300 mcg\/ml.<\/p>\n

        Package:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

        Carton box contains 3bilsters (PVC\/Aluminum) each one contains 10 enteric coated tablets.<\/p>\n<\/div>
