DICLOFENAC AL-SHAHBA 25

Composition :

Diclofenac Sodium 25 mg

Indications :

Diclofenac shows a rapid onset of absorption from suppositories, after the administration of 50 mg suppositories, peak plasma concentrations are attained on average within 1 hour

• Inflammatory and degenerative forms of rheumatism: rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
• Short term (up to three days) treatment of post-operative pain in children

Dosage and Administration :

Adults:

75-150mg daily, in divided doses (25mg, 50mg and 100mg suppositories only).

100mg suppositories may also be given as a once daily treatment, usually at night.

Children :

12.5mg and 25mg suppositories only.

A carton box contains 10 suppositories.
