TYMPANIL PLUS

Composition:

Each 1 ml contains:  phenylephrine hydrochloride 0.25 mg, antipyrine 5 mg and and benzocaine 50 mg.

Indications:

Antipyrine/benzocaine/phenylephrine HCl otic solution may be used as a topical anesthetic in the external auditory canal to relieve ear pain. It may be used concomitantly with systemic antibiotics as in the treatment of acute otitis media.

Dosage:

Using the dropper, instill otic solution in the external ear canal allowing the solution to run into the canal until filled. Insert a cotton pledget into the meatus after moistening with the otic solution. Repeat every 2-4 hours, if necessary, until pain is relieved. Replace dropper in bottle without rinsing.
